Job Title	:	Hadoop Developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	8 to 10
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Hadoop Developer
Experience Required	:	8+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities	:	·         Hadoop development and implementation. ·         Good knowledge in back-end programming, specifically java, JS, Node.js and OOAD & Create scalable and high-performance web services for data tracking. ·         Loading from disparate data sets, Pre-processing using Hive and Pig. ·         Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code. ·         Ability to write MapReduce jobs. ·         Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices. ·         Ability to write Pig Latin scripts. ·         Hands on experience in HiveQL. ·         Familiarity with data loading tools like Flume, Sqoop. ·         Knowledge of workflow/schedulers like Oozie. ·         Understanding of Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Pig, and HBase. ·         Very Good knowledge in multi-threading and concurrency concepts. ·         Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design. ·         Analytical and problem solving skills, applied to Big Data domain
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills	:	Team player with the ability to work in varied team structures (e.g. technical, non-technical, virtual) Effectively deal with frequent changes to assignments, project scope, technical, date Excellent written and oral communication skills
