Java Big Data developer as the top skill set.  Cassandra and Spark are the required tools. Ideal candidates will have strong Java, Spring, REST experience as well.

We are looking for strong :

Spark 1.6, and Cassandra with DataStax API Development. Please do not send consultants who are light in this experience!

 

·         Background in building and designing REST APIs

·         No SQL Database background

·         Hands on experience with Cassandra and Spark a MUST

·         Experience with load testing (Jmeter, etc.)

·         A solid understanding of web application development processes

·         3+ years of rapid web development, using HTML, Java, JavaScript, , JSP, Perl, XML, and Spring MVC framework

·         Familiarity with GIT/STASH, Maven, and Websphere a plus

·         Current Tech Stack: Java 8, Spring Boot, Rest API, AngularJS, MongoDB + Cassandra
