Job description: Service cloud design and implementation required 

This position will demonstrate expertise with integration (ESB, SOA, and BPM), portal/web development and deep expertise with Salesforce.com Service Cloud and exposure to Veeva CRM. The architect should be able to understand the business need and analyze current state architectures to come up with solution options, drive vendor evaluations, and partner with solution development teams to prototype solutions.

 

Qualifications:

·         At least 10 years of experience as an application/solutions architect, minimum 5+ in SFDC, with BPM (desired), Service Cloud (REQUIRED) and Veeva (desired).

·         Experienced in BI, Information architecture, data analysis; experience with application integration and BPM technologies highly desired

·         Experience with mobile technologies and cloud security

·         Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently

·         Good knowledge and experience with AppExchange products and understanding of when to use them.

·         Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies
