Location: Louisville, KY

Duration of contract: Long term

MasterCraft Scrum Manager

 

Technical Skills:-

Ø  10+ years Business Analyst Experience in Gathering and Documenting the requirements.?

Ø  Must have experience in Agile processes - Product Backlog Creation, Writing Epics, Features and User Stories and defining Acceptance Crtieria?

Ø  Must have experience in Features / Story prioritizatio along with product owners?

Ø  Must have experience in product backlog grooming and articulating the stories to the team and clarify if any ques?

Ø  Must have strong experience in Agile program execution?

Ø  Must have strong communication / Written skills ? Should be capable to meeting all the deliverables as per the project plan and ensure quality?

Ø  Should be capable to proactively identify the risk and mitigate the impact with necessary action "

Ø  Conduct Project Ceremonies - Kick off meeting, Coordinate with Business and Technical SMEs? Identify the program risks proactively and manage the risks with proper action in place?

Ø  Ensure timely deliverables and sign-off from customer ? Establish proper escalation mechanism to get the wok done?

Ø  Colloborate with Business and IT stake holders and convience them for the success of the project?

Ø  Provide up-to-date status and periodic reports to Customer and TCS Management? Conduct Daily, weekly and Monthly staus review meeting with key customer stakeholders - Managers, Directors and Senior directors"
