REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Understanding of engineering issues and come up with cost effective solutions
* Experience in full-life cycle software applications development using an agile methodology, to include engineering, development, test and integration
* Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming (JAVA in particular) and understanding of the J2EE stack
* Experience with Spring Framework
* Experience with SOAP and REST web services
* Experience and/or knowledge of Flight Services and aviation / air traffic control
* Experience developing and creation with XML Schemas and Definitions
* Experience with Test Driven Development
* Familiarization with VersionOne
* Experience with the J2EE product stack
