Job Title : BI Business Intelligence Developer with Healthcare Exp
Location : Nashville, TN
Duration : 12 + Months
Rate : $50/hr
Local consultant's are clients first priority.
Experience : Sr. Level ( 8-10 yrs min)
Must have good experience with KPI and sharepoint
Locals preferred, No OPT candidates please.
Participate in the implementation of dashboards for executives in a healthcare environment (areas are finance, claims, eligibility, providers...etc.).
Consult at a business unit directors level to identify key metrics, key performance indicators and high level data they need to make decisions and be able to develop dashboards
Specific tasks and responsibilities: (Highlighted in yellow is a must)
- Work with Data Analytics team to develop SQL data analysis and reports.
- With the rest of the BI Team, you will consider how to increase connectivity between multiple systems, build automated workflows and data checks to constantly improve the smooth running, data integrity
and accurate reporting.
- With the rest of the BI Team, you will contribute to the effective Data Governance of business data. This includes data quality, data management, data policies, business process management, and risk
management surrounding the handling of business data.
- Develop blended Business Intelligence reports using data from different business systems.
- Develop data-cubes and trend company KPI's.
- Deliver reports via SharePoint.
- Identify business requirements – including exact definition of data being collected & displayed.
- Evangelize dashboard as opposed to reporting.
- Participate in testing.
- Ability to drive insight by designing visualizations with logical and meaningful data flow.
- Expertise in building data visualizations with appropriate chart types to visualize patterns of data.
- Experience in designing visualization for unstructured data set.
- Multiple years of experience in dealing with various business at a Director level.
- Multiple years of experience with BI technology.
- Knowledge of healthcare business, Tableau and Vertica a must.
