Preferred Local Candidates with GC/EAD-GC/USC

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

NYC DCA would like to hire a consultant to help with application

Development and enhancing. This consists of several projects designed to fix and

Enhance several applications in the DCA portfolio including but not limited to the following

·         Accela (Agency's Enterprise License and Permitting System)

·         Non-Accela portfolio of productivity applications including

·         PARTS, eProcurement, MyDCA, etc.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         VB/C# .Net end to end solution development a plus

·         ASP.NET, MS SQL Development, Oracle PL-SQL Development, JavaScript, MVC a plus

·         Cognos and Java knowledge a plus.
