Skill : Data Stage Developer
Duration : 3- 5 Months
Location : Ann Arbor, MI OR Durham, NC ( Remote but Initial 2 weeks need to be onsite)
Job Description:
· Data Stage Developer with PL/SQL experience
· Experience in Datastage development and Production support related projects. Should be able to primarily concentrate on Production support and propose enhancements/improvements at DataStage code level.
· Hands on tools such as Datastage 8.5 or above (parallel jobs), SQL or Oracle or DB2 queries, Unix scripts and Shell script.
· 5+ Years work experience on IBM Datastage 9.1
· Design, Develop/Build and Test complex Data Stage
· Experience in Performance Tuning
· Experience with Datastage Administration will be added advantage
· Experience in Shell Scripting.
· Should have experience working closely with client/business team/partners (during the requirements gathering, technical design and development lifecycle phases).
· Write functional/technical document specifications
· Review coding and peer reviews
· Participate in production releases/implementation
· Very Good trouble shooting and analytical skills
· Very Good verbal communication and presentation skills required.
