AWS Solutions Infra Architect
Atlanta & Rhode Island –(Candidate might have to travel to and fro as per needs basis) – Local Candidates of either location

Job Description-
Responsibilities
• AWS Solution architecture & infrastructure design
• Lead discovery and assessment of applications and current infrastructure and recommend application migration to public Vs private cloud.
• Application implementation/migration roadmap and planning
• Onsite Single Point of Contact to the client
• Overall technical ownership and leading technical teams both onsite and offshore
• Collaborate with program management and provide comprehensive status reporting
Requirements
• 10+ years' experience in architecture design/implementation of large scale commercial applications
• Sound knowledge of architecting applications on either Java OSS or .Net technology domains
• 1+ years' experience implementing applications on AWS
• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification
• In-depth AWS experience including
o VPC, EC2, ELB
o RDS, S3
o AWS CloudFormation
o AWS Directory Services
• Exposure to AWS application services
o SES, SWS, SQS
o ECS, DynamoDB
• Done comparative analysis of application migration to public Vs private cloud
• Knowledge of WAN Networking and relevance to AWS connectivity options
• Good understanding of applied data security on the cloud
• Data migration to cloud
• Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
• Strong written communication skills; this role will require the creation of content such as design documents, recommendations and other written deliverables
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations and interacting with VP level client stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
