Role : Citrix Support Engineer
Location : Memphis, TN
Duration : 12 Months

Required Skills:
Engineer should possess a minimum of three to five years' experience implementing and supporting XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Services and Windows operating systems as well as additional administrative experience with integrated technologies such as application and profile management solutions.
The engineer should currently hold or be pursuing industry recognized certifications such as CCA, CCP (CCEE), or CCE (CCIA). Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE) level certifications would be optimal at this level.
Training or practical knowledge on XenCenter, AD Group Policies and the utilized hypervisor should be considered essential.
Tasks:
• Ensure environment is compliant with licensing, hardware, software, security, capacity, functionality, and compatibility requirements throughout lifecycle
• Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution
• Identify, recommend, or perform maintenance and environment upgrades including advanced server and infrastructure
• Review periodic reports of server health, resource usage, user experience, and overall environment performance
• Identify, recommend, or perform policy level changes and make recommendations or direct changes to dependent architectures such as Active Directory and networking
• Review change control requests that impact the Citrix environment
• Manage changes or additions to enhance VDI experience, i.e. features, upgrades, and improved reliability
• Implement or coordinate all propose changes, upgrades and additions in test environments
• Document and communicate the VDI vision and strategy as being required
• Update reference architecture
