Role: Java with WebSphere Commerce and telecom

Location: Westborough, MA

Contract

 

Job decsription:

Experience:

•                    Total IT experience of 12-18 years with minimum experience of five years in enterprise architecture, system integration, e-commerce architecture, and custom and package implementation.

•                    Must possess adequate knowledge about various ecommerce and web technologies.

•                    Strong experience in developing, designing, architecting distributed and multi-tier architecture, applications using Java/J2EE technologies

•                    Experience on Java, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices

•                    Proficient in Database technologies with Oracle

•                    Worked on at least 1-2 Telecom ecommerce projects within telecom domain. Telco Commerce may consists of concept of plans/devices/accessories, subscriptions types, payment/billing models, typical backend systems like (provisioning etc.)

•                    End to end architecture, web presence, and must know the complete telecomm workflow

•                    Understanding of Order management systems for Telecom Orders.

•                    Worked on Service Oriented Architecture/Integration, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)

•                    Some experience in assisting in DevOps/Build/Release/Deployments etc.

•                    Experience in performance analysis, tuning/optimization and recommendations of Web based enterprise applications is good to have

 

Responsibilities:

·         Design solutions for implementing digital commerce applications.

·         Communicate and understand the customer's requirements.

·         Learn and adopt new technologies/ frameworks to maximize application performance.

·         Provide technical leadership throughout the project life-cycle.

·         Coordinate with the developers/technical teams, e-commerce marketing
