Job Description:
This opportunity is to play the role of a hands-on Integration Technical Lead in a large scale ERP Integration program that would enable the transformation of a global enterprise.
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical expertise in scoping solutions meeting business requirements and assist in reflecting them in Solution Architecture and Technical Designs
· Work with Business groups, ERP Team, Wiley Enterprise Architecture team and other technology groups in crafting the overall direction and implementation of ERP Integration Interfaces Work Stream
· Ownership responsibilities include – Analysis, Design, Build and Support of integration interfaces between SAP ERP and other Wiley systems which include AS400, JDEdwards, Salesforce, Ariba, Sabrix etc
· Perform Integration governance by conducting technical reviews of integration interfaces built by SI team for all SDLC phases to assess the quality of integration solutions
· Lead scoping and design sessions with SAP and legacy systems across cross-functional teams
· Provide input into technical infrastructure design for achieving high scalability of integration solutions
· Provides hands-on design and development support for creation of POCs and development templates
· Monitor integration implementation progress and resolve dependencies and issues and take corrective action on exceptions as they occur, to ensure alignment with overall project plan
· Act as liaison to TIBCO Software Inc. and align product roadmaps to Wiley's roadmap
Qualifications:
Required:
· Ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SOA, distributed messaging and integration
· At least 6 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions using TIBCO suite of products (BW, EMS). A consulting or professional services background is desirable
· Must have strong expertise in design and implementation of messaging and SOA based applications using TIBCO BW/EMS/MQ/Adapters
· Expertise in performance tuning of TIBCO EMS and TIBCO BW applications and adapter suite
· Prior experience with TIBCO SAP Adapter
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
· Prior hands on experience in delivering at least one ERP integration project using TIBCO middleware is a huge plus
· Experience with Informatica tools across ETL, Data services and Data Quality and strong understanding of Data warehouse concepts is desired
· Prior experience with SAP systems is preferred
· Experience in TIBCO ActiveSpaces and BusinessEvents is a plus
· Background of Java, C, C++ or OOP and SQL with Oracle DB/SQL Server is desired
· Experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies like, JMS, JSP, Servlets, Spring, XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPATH is desired
