Job Description:
· The successful candidate will join the Prime Brokerage IT group of Bank, and will work on can internal application.
· The internal application is the centralized system in Global Prime Brokerage, which consists of both Reference Data & User Setup/Access dataset.
· The internal application is part of the Global Prime Brokerage web portal used by external/internal clients, Account Reps, Sales, Risk and Onboarding team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design and develop new applications and processes
· Support/improve/extend the existing Web based applications and processes
· Identify and resolve production issues
· Interact with the various businesses and IT teams to gather requirements
· Document business processes and flows
· User Interface Design, Usability guideline
· Understand / Implement Portal Architecture
· Write Test cases.
Qualifications/ Technical Skills:
• 7+ years' experience in multi-vendor environment, Financial experience a plus
• Relevant Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related field of study
• Strong Software Design and architecture capabilities
• Strong OOP skills
• Application Performance tuning
• TDD / XP / Scrum / Agile process
• Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, ExtJS/GWT/GXT based framework
• Oracle and Sybase / SQL, Linux shell scripting, Maven and Ant, Caching (EhCache)
• Web Services, Messaging/JMS (Tibco, MQ)
