Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 12 Months

 

Job Description:

·         Hands on DB2 database object creation like Bufferpool, Tablespaces , Table, Index, functions, Store Procedures and permission.

·         Good knowledge and worked on Database multi node and table partitioning implementations and concepts .

·         Hands on database maintenance activities like Backup, Restore, Runstats and Rebind with experience of job scheduling and resolving issue related to it.

·         Worked on DB2 HADR environment and data replications ( like Qrep).

·         Hands on experience on SQL optimization.

·         Worked on analyzing and suggesting changes on logical and physical data model.

·         Good communication skills, and handling issue as application DBA.
