1. Provide production support and proactive monitoring for the IVR applications
2. Resolve application bugs
3. Develop minor enhancements to the IVR platform
4. Modify / Create VDN's Vectors as required to support call flow and
IVR enhancements
5. Support QA and UAT as required
6. Perform code migration into production
