Senior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter needed for Hyderabad, India Office

 

InnoCore is looking for a Senior IT bench sales recruiter with strong background in marketing IT professionals to work at our Hyderabad, India office.

InnoCore is fastest growing IT Services Company headquartered in Irving, TX and offshore development Center in Hyderabad, India with several fortune 500 client base all over the US. We offer wide range of services- from consulting to a larger spread of IT services.

 

Job Duties:

 

·         Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) with Tier1 vendors.

·         Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team.

·         Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiate best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.

·         Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.

·         Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench consultants placed in minimal turnaround time.

·         Coordinate with internal HR team while signing the contract with vendor.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

·         Minimum 4 years of previous experience working with an IT staffing firm is a must.

·         Excellent phone & interpersonal skills.

·         Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, familiar with other Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn required systems.

·         Must perform well in fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment.

·         Ability to work in a Team environment, as well as inspires Teamwork but can also be self-directed and work independently when necessary.

·         Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude.

·         Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment.

·         Resourceful, Self-motivated, Proactive, Proactive, Strong attention to detail and quality.
