BayOne is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. You will play a critical role in attracting the best talent for the agency, from developing effective recruitment methodologies, to working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and on-boarding candidates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities               

• Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process
  
• Develop recruitment strategy. This includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, and talent planning
  
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization while also identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
  
• Use referrals, social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates as well as developing a strong deep network in our industry
  

Required Skills 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  
• At least 3 plus years' experience of full life cycle recruiting experience in a Digital agency environment
  
• Strong network of Creative people
  
• Thorough understanding of how to review design portfolios and profiles (i.e. UX Designers, Visual Designers, Design Leadership, Content Strategists, Creative Technologists)
  
• Must be able to develop a solid pipeline of candidates through creative sourcing strategies
  
• Proficient with a range of Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting tools
  
• Must be a self-starter, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
  
• Fun-Loving
