 Design for performance

 Strong Unix exp

 Atleast Some Oracle exp

 Talend metadata

 Atleast some Java development background

 

Strong Preference:

 Strong Java development

 Strong Oracle Exp

 Talend DQ

 Talend MDM

 ETL experience in Ab Initio
