TITLE: Test lead

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

DURATION: 6+ Months

Job Profile:

The Test Lead/Test Manager role that requires strong experience in leading overall test effort including Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect management process, understanding of automation tools , Test methodologies and resource management.

You'll work directly work with client to design and develop overall Test Strategies for multiple medium to complex size projects.  You should be able to analyze the requirements and develop a testing strategy that includes recommendations for types of testing, tools, effort estimation and resource requirements. You should have strong experience in analyzing requirements, identifying appropriate Test methodologies for the projects, leading Test teams, managing resources, monitoring testing process and resolving issues and risks. You should have experience in test management tools like HP ALM Quality Center and should have technical acumen and hands on with Worksoft Certify test tools for test automation, functional knowledge and experience with SAP Applications is preferred. A good understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies is required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

• Hands on experience as a Test Lead/Test Manager for 7-9 years and strong experience in Test Automation for 2- 3 years    
  
• Experience in understanding of Automation and Manual Testing Process and various Test Methodologies and tools
  
• Managing test planning, preparation and execution of medium to small size of projects
  
• Experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of testing process best practices
  
• Hands on with Worksoft Certify product suite and HP ALM Quality Center
  
• Experience on Release management processes and standards – ITIL v3
  
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP – MM,SD modules and SAP Solution Manager – Solution Documentation, Business Process Change Analyzer and ChaRM (Change Release Management) 
  
• Must be able to facilitate meetings to gather requirements and present solutions along with excellent client interaction and communication.
