POSITION: Expert-Level Business Analyst

LOCATION: Olympia, WA

DURATION: long term

 

MUST PROVIDE 3 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES AND VISA AND PHOTO ID COPY

 

Roles and Responsibilities : The mid-level BA resources will be participate in the implementation phase of Rollout system, providing analytical assistance to the agency and organizational change management team as client prepares to launch and support the new solution.  Business analyst responsibilities will include at a minimum:

·         Work with the team members and agency stakeholders to document high-level "to-be" business processes.

·         Work with agency management to contribute to the development of procedural documentation and staff roles and responsibilities.

·         Liaise with the system training team to ensure alignment between business process and system functional training and documentation.

·         Escalate issues to the project management team as needed to ensure visibility and rapid response.

 

Required Skills

The mid-level BA's must have at least 2 years of experience working in a business analyst or similar role.  The DEPARTMENT will assess the resumes relative to the following capabilities:

a.       Experience participating in system implementations

b.      Experience developing business process diagrams in MS Visio

c.       Ability to manage time well to meet assigned milestones

d.      Good communication skills with both technical and business staff

e.       Good writing skills (spelling, grammar and clarity)
