Job Description

 

1.       At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM Module
2.       Prior, hands-on experience with LSMW and data migration to SAP
3.       Deep knowledge on the below HCM area
•         Personnel Management- Benefits, Employee management, Personnel administration
•         Organisational Management
•         Payroll accounting – US payroll
•         Compensation Management
•         Personnel Development
4.        High level of proficiency and experience with EDI
5.       Proven ability and designing complex interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems
6.       Ability to write complex functional specs and guide ABAP resources
7.       High level of personal initiative, excellent communication skills
8.       Creative problem resolution and clear business analytical skills
