Job Title : Business Systems Analyst (DMV)
Location: Nevada.
Duration : Long Term.
Consults with client to define need or problem, conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solution, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization: Consults with client to ascertain and define need or problem area, and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution. Conducts study or survey on need or problem to obtain data required for solution. Analyzes data to determine solution, such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services. Advises client on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution.
Design, analyze and implement web-based, desktop solutions that provide information/content used by the public and employees to conduct DMVbusiness.
The following functions will be assigned to this position.
· Provided comprehensive "DMV customer-facing" technical coordination and leadership to DMV project teams.
· Interact with Business to understand the requirements and the Process Flows. Interact with client's Business Analysts and provide business solutions to resolve existing problems and improve the application stability.
· Understand Business requirements and convert the Business Requirement Document to the Functional Specific Document
· Convert the Business Requirements into the High Level Architecture and Functional Specifications.
· Requirements gathering and analysis, cost estimates, preparing design documentation, design reviews, development, testing and deployment of application enhancements, project planning.
· Working with Team in Onsite/Offshore for the Design and Development Phase.
· Responsible for making the Delivery of different modules in the Project.
· Responsible for support of MC Siebel 8.1. call center and Marketing manager applications.
· Responsible for meeting the agreed SLAs. Regular interaction with the client's Technical Managers– all belonging to different departments and divisions of client to ensure the smooth running of the project.
· Interacting with the Business for the sign offs, Closure of critical items and Successful Go-Live of the Projects.
· Provide technical leadership and mentor other team members on project related applications.
· transactions pertaining to a particular function. For example, mapping transactions by workarounds and customization.
· User Training: Impart the knowledge of Oracle Applications to all users in their functional area.
· Production Set Up: Set up Oracle applications to meet each specific transaction requirement.
· Production Support: Ensuring closure of each transaction.
