UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking Senior .NET Programmer Analysts to assist in the creation of a new system for our government client in New York City. Responsibilities: Develop an interface for administrators to input information in multiple fields Create user friendly screens for comparing different numeric values Develop a site management module  Create screens for administrators to manage individual sessions Enable  mass  scheduling feature for users Redesign the public facing website Enable the site to be mobile friendly Build new self service pages Design the internal and external facing web applications. Mandatory Requirements: A baccalaureate degree in computer science or a related computer field and six (6) years of satisfactory full time software experience in designing, programming, debugging, maintaining, implementing, and enhancing computer software applications. Senior IT professional with a minimum of ten years heavy business experience and focus. Must understand customer service and demonstrate previous value added success building and managing customer centric enterprise class web based systems. Must have a minimum of ten years building, managing and improving business automation that deal with and are used by customers online. Experience in reviewing and analyzing business processes and the information systems that support them with the objective of identifying ways to simplify and improve customer experience as well as  business and IT support operations.
