Requirements
Sprint planning, estimating and status reporting
Code quality, unit testing and system testing
Programming  complex algorithms 
Working in a fast paced  Agile team
Designing and architecting complex Java/J2EE components
Working with business teams to gather and analyze the requirements 
Deploying the solutions into test/statge/production environments and supporting them through stabilization period 
Learning new tools & technologies and  applying that to solve complext business problems
