Business Analyst: (No of Positions: 5)
Location: NYC ( Need Local profiles only )
Requirement: Immediate
Level: Intermediate (8-10 Years)
Rate : $50/hr on C2C all incl.
Need Local to NY/NJ Only
Visa Copy must at the time of Submission
SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst will take a leadership role in working with and liaising with business partners and other Technology Solutions groups to define the business and technical requirements. In this role the successful candidate will:
•Liaise with PMs, Application owners, Application SMEs, and TS partners to complete documentation, such as BRD, SRS, MDD, Activity Diagrams and Project Schedule
•Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models to contribute to the development of project plans including project charter, project deliverables, time line estimates, scope and control.
•Document data specifications and create logical data models
•Ability to analyze large sets of data and summarize findings for management
•Excellent problem solving ability and passion for devising creative, customer-oriented solutions.
•Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate with all levels of management through various channels.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and focus on generating business results.
•Self-starter, able to work without supervision.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
•Ability to handle multiple assignments, tasks and responsibilities
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Experience with Mobile Applications will be a plus
•Experience with Agile, ALM, JIRA will be a plus
•MUST HAVE:
- Business Analyst * 8 yrs
- Excellent communication skills (articulate between business & technology)
- Documentation * 8 yrs
- Share point * 4 yrs
- Data Mapping & Analysis * 4 yrs
- Visio * 8 yrs (able to work complex flow diagrams & current vs future states)
- Understanding of QA * 5 yrs
- Requirement specifications (SRS, BRD) * 8 yrs
- Banking/Financial industry experience * 8 yrs
- IT Project Management experience * 5 yrs
- SQL experience * 5 yrs
- Financial/Capital Market Knowledge
- Mutual Funds, Trading, Bonds, Derivatives Knowledge
