Role: Project Manager (operations)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA-  40 hours a week onsite

Duration: 1 year +

Qualifications that are a must:

• Certification
• B. A in Project Management business mathematics or health care 
• 4 years experience in operations
• Excellent communication
• Ability to perform planning for large initiative/projects, managing all tasks required to providing services to meet client and business needs within budget and targeted deadlines. 

Qualifications preferred: 

• Contact Centers Technologies 
• Masters Degree

Deliverables:

• Define and clarify project scope
• Develop the project plan
• Develop the project schedule
• Develop policies and procedures to support project objectives
• Manage communications 
• Manage risk and chances to requirements 
• Assigning project tasks
