Work Location	San Jose, CA

Job description

JD: • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in core Java / J2EE technologies,Spring , Hibernate ( Mandatory) . • Strong Knowledge of XML and Json ( Mandatory) • Strong hands-on experience in Hadoop ecosystem ( Mandatory) • Good knowledge on Apache spark, YARN architectures and its various deployment modes like yarn-client, clustered mode etc. • Leverage Apache Spark, SparkSQL building RDDs from HDFS, Hbase, Hive interchangeably. • Strong experience in HBase, ability to build / design an optimized schema for a given set of queries to be served. • In-depth knowledge in SQL on Hadoop technologies, preferably Apache Hive and Drill. • Should have worked with large datasets and familiar with data modeling. Should have knowledge on SQOOP to pull data from different data sources. • Working knowledge on MapR technology would be a plus. • Very good experience in design, development, deployment and solution architecture of APIs, WebServices and clients (REST) • Should have worked on one successful Production Implementation of Hadoop Clusters.
