Required skills

·         2 years' experience scoping project requests - Scoping and implementing projects related to hardware and software and infrastructure upgrades such as Microsoft Office 2013 upgrade, eDOCS Upgrade

·         Certified BA

·          

Desired Skills

·         1 project working as a BA for Microsoft Office Suite upgrade to 2013            

·         1 project working as a BA for e-DOCS upgrade

·         Experience in eDOCS Upgrade fr0m DM 5.3.1 to DM 10 and retirement of DM 5.3.1.

·         2 years Quality Assurance experience

·         2 years experience working as a BA for Infrastructure, Hardware, Software Upgrades
