Position:              Automation Engineer

Location:              1501 South MoPac, Austin, TX

Duration:             12+ month contract

Interview:           Phone and Face to Face

 

Requirements:
• 3+ years of build, release, and deployment experience with multi-tier web based applications built using JAVA/J2EE technology stack.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining build systems using Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, Ant, Maven etc..
• Continuous integration experience is a big plus.
• Extensive experience with Linux/Unix systems.
• Proficient with scripting / automation languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, etc.
• Hands-on experience with current source code control systems, preferably SVN, GIT or RTC, as well as branching methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in building, packaging, and deploying Java web applications.  Experience with SOA is a big plus.
• Extensive experience configuring and maintaining web servers, and app servers.
• Self-starter and fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
