Job Description
· Provide network day-to-day operational support to end users.
· Responsible to resolve internal user and external partner network issues through research, troubleshooting, configuration and implementation; while following applicable policies and procedures. Responsible to implement and maintain all aspects of the network infrastructure.
· Provide on-call support for all aspects of the network on a rotation schedule.
· Work independently and in multi-discipline environment with other Teams to provide issue resolution network design input and documentation, product recommendations and evaluations, proof of concept, configurations and implementations to support enterprise business requirements.
Job Requirement
· Strong technical hands on configuration and troubleshooting background in Cisco product line including but not limited to: Cisco PIX/ ASA, FWSM, 6500, SUP 720, 4948, 3750, IOS, CAT OS, ISR G1 and G2 series routers, and ASR series routers.
· General support, hands on and assistance with configuration of BGP, EIGRP, IPSEC VPN, VoIP, and support of QOS based MPLS networks.
· CCNP or experience equivalent in Routing and Switching technologies".
