Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills | • Experience in Agile Configuration Management '• Experience in Shell scripting •Experience in automation of sitecore build, Manage multiple content and web database for multiple versions, creating workflow, content sync, Managing security • Perfom build and deployment across multiple environments, debug and resolve when there are issues. •Maintain configurable items up to date • Awareness on SQL Server • Participate in CCB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks Experience in tools such as Cruise Control, Nant, TFS etc., • Expertise in branching, versioning and extensive usage of configuration management and automated build tools • Experience in Agile development framework, Scrum Master, tools and process. • Exposure in programming NET 4.0 , Visual Studio 2010/2012, C#, VB.NET, WCF, SQL 2008 and Windows Azure • Expertise in Windows Batch Scripting, UNIX Shell Scripting, JAWS Scripting and Scripting for ControlM Scheduler. • Strong problem solving skills, extremely reliable, quick learner and able to work independently as well as a team member. • Awareness on third party .Net components with Microsoft technologies • Administrator skills (monitor servers) |
Roles and responsibility | • Establish the configuration management processes, standards and functions that are to be controlled and the information is recorded • Expertise in track, control and maintain multiple versions of software across multiple environments and manage the integrity very efficiently. • Establish and set-up continuous integration build for multiple frequencies in a day • Coordinate with different teams to promote the code to test and prod environments • This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design and programming techniques. • Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with senior managers, come up with new strategies, come up with quick solutions • Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment. |
