Qualifications ·      Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience ·      Minimum of 3 years of relational database experience  ·      Minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance team leadership experience ·      Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a QA team in an onshore/offshore model environment ·      Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Center/ALM ·      Minimum of 3 years of experience working with full Software Development Life Cycle within a formal methodology ·      Minimum of 3 years of validation test experience with Data Warehouse and ETL applications ·      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ·      Outstanding verbal and written communication skills ·      Bachelor's degree
Assets ·      Agile methodology experience strongly preferred ·      Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience ·      Proficiency with MS Visio and MS PowerPoint ·      Healthcare Industry experience strongly preferred ·      Experience with ETL technologies
