Job Title: IAM (Identity and Access Management ) Engineer
Location: Quincy, MA
Duration : 6+ Months
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience working in one of the following areas: Application Security; PKI & Authentication; Identity & Access Management or Data Privacy & Security
B.S Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Enterprise Single Sign-on, Web Single Sign-on, and mobile.
Proven experience creating test plans for applications integration, new services, and infrastructure upgrades.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory, and other LDAP stores.
Experience with advanced authentication and authorization IAM technologies, standards, protocols. IE: NIST SP-800
Expand and build IAM services & Federation Technologies such as OAUTH, SAML, Open ID, Mobile Auth solutions
Experience in building custom reports with TCR (Tivoli common reporting) using Cognos/BIRT
Experience in defining LDAP structure and/or managing scalable Enterprise identity directories is desirable
Familiarity with current legal and regulatory requirements around information security and privacy, including PCI, SOX, HIPAA, etc. is desirable
Responsibilities:
Must have experience in defining identity management platform requirements, designing technical solutions and executing on those designs into a Highly Available, fault tolerant environment.
Understanding of security best practices, administration and governance of the products and services listed is required including identify and evaluate security gaps and will help to create security project plans.
Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral are a requirement for this position.
A documented record of working across technical organizations is required.
Will be responsible for day to day management of the IBM Security and Identity Management product suite to ensure it is functions as designed.
This includes working with various technical teams to ensure we maintain 100% available and uninterrupted outage of our production environment.
Person will also anticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for applications, systems, processes and organizations.
Also demonstrates they stay current with all industry trends/best practices, as well as new product releases so that we can maintain a proactive 3-year systems management roadmap.
Will act as the Go to product and solution expert as a resource to business owners, customer representatives, Operations engineering, and technical support.
Ensure at all times all proper documentation is maintained for all aspects of the IBM security and Identity Management product suite as the solution is deployed for the Commonwealth.
Lead the adoption of the identity and access strategy through the documentation of a transparent business capability, and roadmap that is developed through closely working with key customer relationship managers.
Ensure all third-party monitoring solutions that are integrated into IBM Identity Management products are properly documented and function as designed.
Continually work towards optimizing our automated event correlation capabilities.
Ensure ITIL compliant framework is maintained with every aspect of our system management platform.
