Position - Business Analyst with Business Process Re-engineering experience
Location: Petersburg, VA

The Business Analyst will apply in-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and principles to drive strategic goals, objectives, and business results. Analyze data to find areas of opportunity and suggests ways to improve existing processes.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and principles to drive strategic goals, objectives, and business results. Analyze data to find areas of opportunity and suggests ways to improve existing processes.
• Lead assessment, deep dive/design, and pilot activities for functions Banner ERP and/or third-party systems. Conducts studies, such as time studies or process studies, to review effectiveness of current processes and analyzes the effectiveness of tools and parts and makes suggestions to improve.
• Set direction for process improvement/redesign projects.
