Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI :: Telephonic followed by face to face Scope of Work: This individual will become part of a team supporting the information technology requirements of the Sales and Marketing business functions within Prudential's Mutual Funds business. Acting as a liaison to the business and technical teams, this individual will have primary responsibility for defining the scope of our initiative to migrate CRM functionality to Salesforce.com (SFDC), to include identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing current systems capabilities and proposing technical solutions that are considerate of cost and risk factors.  Individual will also be responsible for front-end configuration and administration of the Salesforce.com org through project implementation. Qualifications: Senior level Business Systems Analyst. CRM SME; significant experience with SFDC initiatives, including experience with project definition, SFDC configuration and administration, full life cycle implementations and solutions development. Strong business presence and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Financial services experience preferred. Knowledge of the mutual funds business a plus.
