Position: Sr. Java Developer with APIGEE

Location: TX in Richardson

Length: End of year

 

 

 

Sr. Java Developer (MUST have APIGEE experience very strong)

 

Expertise in designing and developing API's using APIGEE Gateway. Expertise with API Security mechanisms. Experience defining and documenting best practices. Ability to contribute to design discussions and solution design sessions with other technical teams. Experienced with Web Services and REST architecture building Web API's using XML/JSON. Good understanding of multi-tier enterprise architecture and system of records. Experience with non-functional attributes of enterprise solutions (e.g. security, load balancing, and performance). Experience in developing software in Agile environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Experience designing Enterprise services and message model schemas and creating UML diagrams for design phase deliverables • Expert knowledge of SOA, Object-Oriented design and programming concepts, design patterns • Expert knowledge and development experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JDBC, JAXB, servlets, RAD6/ RAD7, DAOs, JUnit, SQL, HTML, XML, JAX-WS, WSDL • Knowledge and experience with performance tuning, preferably with enterprise web services. Independently solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
