Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: NYC

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

 

Requirement Definition

Work with the client Business and creative team to understand the gather requirements.

Define AEM Authoring and Publishing requirements and groom them with technical team.

Participate in desk checks to ensure the components are build as per design

Drive the demos with client business teams for the devloped AEM components

Create AEM authoring  guide for developed components/templates

 

Client Management

Manages business-level client relationships (expectations, communications,

negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) at every stage from Planning and

estimation through delivery.

Ensure benefit realization for the client by understanding the client's business

drivers and ensure that client priorities are addressed

Understand the Clients culture, capabilities, team structure and take

decisions to ensure success for the client

Explains the tradeoffs and impact involved in designing the technical aspects

of the solution to the client and the team.

 

Team Management

Resolve issues and dependenciesin the team

Review the key objectives of projects and clarify the linkage of tasks to the

overall objectives

Understand the current client requirement process and adapt to it to define requirements.

Facilitate risk sessions with clients and Sapient team. Actively manages issues and risk management strategies

at the team lead or project level
