Location: Tampa, FL

Rate: $45/Hr on C2C

Job Description:

Primary skill set needed is BA who can collect and document requirements with knowledge of Capital Markets and Banking domain

 

Detailed Job description
1. Responsible for multiple projects (agile and waterfall methodology) for analyzing business requirements, technical specification documents, use cases, and identifying business critical feature functionalities for testing. 
2. Review and analyze functional specifications, design and develop test strategy plans, test scenarios, test scripts and analyze test results, track test coverage, provide test metrics to project management
3. Conduct review, inspection, and obtain sign-off of functional and regression test scenarios with business, ensuring that the functionalities are catered to the user requirements, and to ensure that all requirements are being thoroughly tested. 
4. Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure test coverage. 
5. Conduct system test readiness reviews with project team prior to initiating system testing, and obtain sign-off. 
6. Support validation of system test environment prior to executing test cases. 
7. Perform smoke, compatibility, functional, regression, end-to-end, and automation testing of both web and client/server applications. 
8. Write SQL statements using IBM Data Studio/SQL Developer/SQL Programmer to extract data from tables, and to verify the output data of reports. 
9. Perform root cause analysis for the issues raised in test environment and escalate them to development team. 
10. Evaluate, validate, and record test results, and carry out defect logging using SBM team track for reporting and managing all issues, functionality gaps, and new functionality needs. 
11. Publish and communicate daily status report including test metrics to project team. 
12. Participate in daily status meetings (agile scrum) by providing daily status to the team. 
13. Support project manager in analyzing system test results and metrics for coverage/quality trends assisting the overall project management initiative. 
15. Support update of requirements resulting from system test execution, and maintain test bed via approved change control board. 
16. Coordinate the final test execution sign-off process by business owners and project team to ensure aims and objectives have been met and that the test summary report has been published and approved. 
17. Ensure test deliverables are accurate and complete them in a timely manner and in compliance with IT key controls
