Job Description:
· Very advanced technical expertise in Clarify technologies and its realizationand enhancement in customer locations.
· Ability to work with customer in allkinds of projects, implementation, support, consolidation, upgrade, migrationetc.,
· advising and influencing correct architecture and solutions forcustomer's business obectives.
· Ability to relate to other technical solutionsin place in the customer and Clarify's place among them.
· Able to review and addvalue to integrated tech architecture/landscape recommendations from Wipro andcustomer teams.
· Established thought leadership in peer and industry fora.
· Excellent knowledge of Clarify and other strategic CRM products' capabilitiesand to discuss thier pros and cons vis a vis Clarify in a meaningful andcustomer relevant manner.
