Position -: IT Windows Desktop/System Support position
Location -: Petaluma, CA
Duration: 12+++ Months
They are a 1 person IT Dept. for that location/Facility.
This resource will do the basic Desktop, Server, cabling & network, Printer, Badge Printer type support.
Someone that can handle the basic projects and escalate as needed to their corporate helpdesks different types of higher support.
Most important is the ability to work independently, this resource will have support, with a BA onsite but this resource will be solely responsible for the initial IT support for this facility.
Strong skills working on projects alone.
This resource will assist, oversee, and manage initiatives and projects that are IT related for this facility.
Examples = upgrading of hardware and software for desktops and networks. Basic Networking issues.
Must also have some Desktop support experience with Windows.
This resource will be the initial support for most Desktop related issues for this location.
Must have:
Windows Desktop support, Ideally Windows 7
Project and task management experience
some basic networking and server support experience.
Some basic Printer and Printer server support.
