Job description
Leads the automation efforts in highly complex and multi-platform environment
Responsible to develop new automations using various tools such as QTP, Selenium, Cucumber, and other in-house automation frameworks
Conduct tool analysis, recommendation, and selection
Work closely with architects, application developers, and business teams to define automation solutions for services, web, mobile, and desktop applications
Facilitate test-driven development, not only through automated tests, but as an approach that all developers on team should embrace
Analyze statistical results for baselines, trends, and anomalies to assist in application improvements, troubleshooting, and reporting
Establish and maintain test automation labs/environments
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving analysis skills
