Duration: Contract 6 months – 1 year

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: $55/hr C2C

Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card

Senior ServiceNow System Administrator

Level: This person will be a senior level programmer.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Reporting,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle.
• Working knowledge of the web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
• Assist in the definition of business requirements, determine scope, estimate work effort and determine duration of development activities.
• Strong experience with IT Service Management processes and SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field
• ITIL Foundations V3 Certificate
• 2 or more year of ITIL and related process experience
• Experience creating custom reports and widgets
• Experience working in ServiceNow Domain Separated environments
• Experience working with Discovery.
• Experience working with Performance Analytics.
• Experience on Integration technologies such as Web Services, LDAP,SOAP, HTTP, MID Server, Orchestration and third party software integrations.
• Experience in designing and developing SOAP and RESTful webServices.
