Skills
• 10+ years of experience and Subject Matter Expertise ("SME") in the areas of Content based Business Process Management and Enterprise Content Management Needs.
• Experience with Enterprise Metadata Creation and Taxonomy Standardization across various groups of an organization.
• Expertise in establishing appropriate Governance Automation with relevant tools, understanding the current state/taxonomy and future state & distribution channels.
• Establish a corporate content strategy Align technology and business strategies for ECM
• Experience in content readiness assessment; Business Architecture Gap Analysis and
• Change Management Strategy Development, Corporate Information Governance Development Solution Definition and Implementation Plan
• Establish corporate information governance Develop a corporate information architecture Align business processes to corporate information resources
