Role: J2EE  Grails Developer

Location: Mounds View, MN

Duration: 12+ month

Interview: Phone/ Skype

Years of Experience: 6+

Technical Skills

•         Hands-on experience implementing enterprise level applications utilizing Java

•         Expert level knowledge of JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS and Java Enterprise

•         Hands-on experience with Grails

•         Hands-on experience with relational databases

•         Experience with Agile Development methodology, Waterfall development methodology

•         Knowledge of various estimation techniques

•         Experience with any kind of application servers like Tomcat, Weblogic or Websphere

•         Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and interpersonal skills.

•         Understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP)

•         Familiarity with Healthcare domain would be a plus point.

•         Ability to understand domain and provide value additions or improvements.

•         Should be willing to learn new tools and programming language

 

Roles and responsibilities

•         Work with client development team to build implement and support customer facing applications under the supervision of a tech lead

•         Understand the application and provide technical inputs, architectural input and domain inputs

•         Work with business users to understand the requirements.

•         Address technical issues whenever required.

•         Gather the requirement and provide estimates

•         Provide regular updates to the customer on the ongoing work.

•         Client management and coordination with various stakeholder teams in the project
