Description::
· Knowledge in applications/Database like SAP, BI, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, SharePoint etc
· At least 2 to 3 years in production/ purchase/process/ marketing analytics environment so that he can understand the basics of production/ order management (data flow from order to shipment) phases
· Knowledge of SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and order management concept
· Good knowledge in handling Big Data concepts
· Able to draw conclusion and make recommendations based on the data analytics
· Good verbal and written communication (require to create PPTs and explain it to the team)
· Tool Knowledge: MS Excel, SAP CRM, SharePoint, PowerPoint,
· Tool knowledge: any ERP environment knowledge on the order process would do for starters. Preferably, oracle and SAP order management knowledge would help.
