· The individual must be knowledgeable and competent with Java, Oracle, PLSQL and writing JUnits. Simple Java will not suffice.
· The candidate should have at least seven years experience in a scalable, multi-threaded server side environment and have a test driven development mindset.

· The individual must be a self starter and able to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
