Title: Sr. Business Analyst (with Hybris /Ecommerce experience)
Location: Watsonville, CA
Job Description Summary
Duration : 6+ Months
· Working within the E-Commerce Group, the Business Analyst should have 6-8 years of experience and the ability to function as a key team member.
· Strong experience with high volume B2C / B2B ecommerce systems.
· Should have worked as BA in two ecommerce implementation, 2 at least in Hybris.
· The BA's MUST know agile and how to write stories.
· Needs to be able to work collaboratively in an AGILE environment.
· You will help the team understand, define, implement and measure new functionality that delivers on business goals and improves customers' experience.
· The candidate needs to be able to work cross-functionally and independently, This person will have a solid understanding of process analysis, requirements gathering, systems design, and web-based solutions.
· Writing effective User Stories.
· Facilitate Agile rapid and meaningful releases.
· Understand current systems and business processes to become the subject matter expert for assigned areas.
· Accurately and efficiently translate business requirements to detailed as well as high level specifications.
· Develop and present conceptual and functional models along with cross-functional process and system dependencies.
· Maintain consistent communication with internal and external business partners and customers.
· Accountable for meeting delivery dates on assigned projects and tasks.
· Drive user training, documentation and post-implementation turnover to business and support personnel.
· Own a set of systems for changes and change impacts against incremental release cycles
