Job Description Responsibilities:
• Gather and understand User BI requirements and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
• Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Present alternative BI solutions for customer, using creative-thinking expertise and solution prototypes, to ensure effective reporting/analysis.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Create User Requirements Documentation and provide Subject Matter Experts to define solutions to develop the architecture of the selected solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the Subject Matter Experts / BI EDW team through which the requirements flow.
• Design and develop creative BI components for the delivery of dashboards, scorecards, delivered reports, ad hoc queries, extracts and analytics, using Microsoft BI ToolKit (Tabular Model,PowerViews, PowerPivot, SQL)
• Provide user education/training of business
