Description:-
Aspirant needs to have strong communications, be assertive and good at planning and risk management.
Has worked as project manager for Application Support and maintenance projects.
Work with multi technology teams for project execution along with multi-group interaction
Track SLAs, KPIs (Key Performance Indicator ), Business Value Adds and Continuous Improvement Plans
People responsibilities –productivity improvement, punctuality and discipline, talent retention
Responsible for project management, deliverables
Accountability for review with the different teams, working with offshore for planning, optimal usage of resources
Handle multiple stake holders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:-
Experience: Minimum 8+ years
Good experience in supporting Java based applications Or CI-CD platform specific maintenance projects with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Certified Project manager expected (PMI preferable).
Having experience in onsite / offshore model execution.
Having knowledge of Continuous Integration & Delivery platform will be added advantage
Experience in End to End project delivery and development life cycle
Strong written & verbal communications
Ability to handle multiple competing projects
Experience in evaluation of estimates, preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports
Strong expertise in work planning, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management
Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus
Tools experience: MPP, Visio, PowerPoint, JIRA, Crucible, any CI tool (e.g. Jenkins/ Hudson).
