Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1)        Working knowledge of relational databases including SQL server 2005 and onwards, MySQL, Microsoft Access.
2)        T-SQL programming skills (queries, procedures, functions, etc.)
3)        Working knowledge of SSAS cubes (architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance)
4)        Working knowledge of SSRS reports (development, security, subscription, deployment, maintenance)
5)        Working knowledge of SSIS.
6)        Good understanding of relational database architecture.
7)        Good troubleshooting skills to understand, and co-relate data entities on multiple systems.
8)        Knowledge of creating parameter driven reports using asp (classic, .net)

Good-to-Have

Must have excellent communication skills
Should have experience of working with US clients

 

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

He/She will be responsible for Analysis of Access Database related reports and should come up with design and development for migration to SQL Server (SSAS/SSRS report)

Provide optimum solution strategy and Approach
